Welcome to Rental Support Pro (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Eligibility & Property Ownership

• You must be the legal owner of the property being inspected. By booking our services, you confirm that you have full authority to request inspections and access the property. If you are not the owner, you are not permitted to book or use our services.

2. Services

• We provide property inspection services for rental properties, including move-in and move-out inspections. Services are only provided after confirmation by us. Disclaimer: We are not licensed home inspectors. The inspections we perform and the reports we provide are based on our observations and opinions. They are not statements of fact, and should not be relied upon as such. Our reports are for informational purposes only.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be submitted through our website. Once a booking request is submitted, we will review and confirm the booking. Only after confirmation will the booking be considered finalized. Payment is due in full at the time of booking confirmation. Payment can be made online via the methods provided on our website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion. If so, a full refund will be provided. 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled inspection. Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be processed according to our refund policy. Late cancellations, no access, or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about the property, including address, access instructions, and ownership details. You must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of service without a refund.

6. Our Responsibilities

• We will conduct inspections professionally and provide a written inspection report within a reasonable timeframe. Our inspections and reports do not constitute professional advice or guaranteed findings. They are based on our opinions and observations only. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, damages, or disputes related to the property.

7. Limitation of Liability

• You agree that you will not hold us liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the inspections or reports we provide. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those resulting from reliance on our opinions or reports. By using our services, you acknowledge that our findings are opinion only, and you accept that we do not provide certified home inspection services.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.

9. Privacy

• Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
