Cancellations

Clients may cancel a scheduled inspection up to 48 hours before the confirmed appointment for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled inspection may be subject to a charge at our discretion.

Failed Inspections / No Access

If we are unable to access the property or cannot provide an inspection report for any reason, we will issue a refund of 50% of the service cost.

This partial refund covers the time and resources already allocated to your booking.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of booking.

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
