Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

  1. Cancellations

    • Clients may cancel a scheduled inspection up to 48 hours before the confirmed appointment for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled inspection may be subject to a charge at our discretion.

  2. Failed Inspections / No Access

    • If we are unable to access the property or cannot provide an inspection report for any reason, we will issue a refund of 50% of the service cost.

    • This partial refund covers the time and resources already allocated to your booking.

  3. Refund Processing

    • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of booking.

    • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

  4. Right to Refuse Refund

    • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the booking or cancellation does not comply with these terms.
