Service Description

Prior to tenant move-in, a comprehensive condition assessment of the property will be conducted and thoroughly documented. This report will include detailed photographic records of all interior spaces, common areas, and the exterior of the home. The same standardized assessment will be performed upon tenant move-out, creating a clear, side-by-side comparison of the property’s condition at occupancy and at vacancy. This process provides an objective basis for evaluating any changes or damages and supports accurate, fair allocation of the security deposit. Requirements: - The property must be vacant at the time of the assessments. - Access to the property must be arranged and confirmed in advance. - If access is not available upon arrival, the Rental Support Professional will remain on-site for up to 15 minutes and attempt to contact the owner every five minutes. If access cannot be obtained and the assessment cannot be completed, a 50% service fee refund will be issued.
