Service Description

During the tenant’s occupancy, a comprehensive property assessment will be conducted to monitor overall condition and lease compliance. This evaluation includes detailed photographic documentation of all interior spaces, common areas, and the exterior of the property. The resulting report provides full visibility into the property’s condition, allowing you to clearly understand what is observed on-site and determine whether the tenant is adhering to the terms of the lease agreement. Requirements: - Proof of homeownership is required prior to service. - Written confirmation must be provided by the owner verifying that the tenant has received proper notice of the scheduled assessment. - Access to the property must be arranged and confirmed in advance. - If access is not available upon arrival, the Rental Support Professional will remain on-site for up to 15 minutes and will attempt to contact the owner every five minutes. If access cannot be obtained and the assessment cannot be completed, a 50% service fee refund will be issued.
